There’s so much to see and do in New York but if you’ve never visited the city before, then you have to tick off the main sightseeing activities. Having a chill in Central Park is another ‘must do’ activity on a New York getaway. There are plenty of cafes and bagel shops nearby too, so lunch in Central Park can be pretty memorable.
The Empire State Building is another ultra ‘touristy’ area, but as New York’s tallest building, it really is a site to behold. The 9/11 memorial is a very emotional tourist spot, but again it’s definitely worth seeing,yet it warrants respect.
