Taking a golfing Lesson on the Algarve

Posted on August 31, 2018 at 8:01 am

Billed as one of the world’s golfing hotspots, the Algarve has plenty of golf courses where you can play a game and hone your skills. You can also take a lesson, which could be an excellent opportunity to learn with a world class teacher. This will help you learn new skills, overcome your golfing challenges and find new ways to improve your game.

You will usually need to book any golfing lessons in advance, along with any golfing sessions at golf courses. They will book up fast in a region like this, where it is always advisable to book ahead due to the incredible amounts of demand.

Look into where you would like to take your lessons and the golf courses that you want to play on. The region is peppered with them, so you will be able to find opportunities aplenty, as long as you look in the right places and know what you want.

Picking a Destination on Price Alone

Posted on May 27, 2018 at 8:56 pm

Price is without a doubt one of the major decisions people use to base their holiday decisions on. It is really important because it dictates whether you will be able to visit the destination of your choice, as well as how much money you will have left over to do things whilst you are on holiday. Price is going to come into every holiday decision you make.

However, it is also not the be all and end all. If you get a holiday really cheap, it is time to start questioning whether it is going to be all it seems. Is there a reason for such low prices? Is the booking incorrect? Will the accommodation be a low standard? It would be such a shame to arrive home and feel disappointed in your holiday. Make sure you get a good balance between a holiday you love and a holiday that is reasonably priced.

A Golfing Holiday – the Considerations

Posted on March 31, 2018 at 8:36 am

If you enjoy golf and want to spend some time on holiday playing your favourite sport, then a golfing holiday was made for you. There are plenty of options, however, there are also some considerations you will need to take into account. Consider these points before booking your golf holiday:

  • Accommodation. If it is a family holiday, make sure there are options for everyone. Check what is included in the price, and whether there is air conditioning – if you’re going somewhere hot and have young children, this will be very much appreciated.
  • Location. See what is available in the local area before you book. If it is fairly remote, then you might need to get a car whilst you are there.
  • Food. Many people stay in golf villages that will have their own facilities, including swimming pools and restaurants. If you have an apartment then you will also have your own kitchen facilities.
